Where is this post now? I am told it is in stormy weather but can not find it, may be I am too old.

Select 'Forum' and then scroll down until you see 'Stormy Weather'. Click on that and you see listed all the threads on that forum, including the BBC Licence fee thread.

You have to join Stormy Weather. See here:

Simply look at the top right hand side of any page, click on 'user control panel', then click on 'user control panel' in the drop-down menu. On the next page, look on the left side and you should see at the bottom of the options, 'group memberships'. Click on this and then you can tick the 'join group' box next to 'stormy weather' and then click the button beneath titled 'join group'.
