the Saf Agulahas has been decleared a T.C.L. and willnever float again.the owners have been told it cannot remain there and has to be moved

In the Indian Press to-day, it was reported that a "senior state offical" anonymously confirmed to a leading newspaper that 'Blue Lady' does have about 1,200 tons of "embedded asbestos" on board "which is considered a very small amount easily handled by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board",who conducted the couft ordered inspection,the ship remains at anchor in huge monsoonal swells off Pipavav Port in Gujarat.

it appears that a compromise has been reached in the matter of removing sealed bags of abestos from the SS Rotterdam,acording to Stoomschip Rottedam,the bags of material containing abestos will be transfered to the freighter Celica in accordance with the Polish Minsters wishes.
a large crane alredy on board the Rotterdam will load the bags onto the Selicca when she arrives at Gdansk on July 30th,thus leaving undisturbed the hundreds of nestings swallows on board the SS Rotterdam.

is the freighter the Celica or Selicca.are the swallows passengers or guests
my guess is non paying guests
