Me too, After she was sold, I remember regularly passing her rotting on a mooring just up from the Statue of Liberty about 1972-74 or so, 'cos the value of her was apparently less than the harbour dues due..

Caronia / Coronia

Hello Folks,

Yes, she definitely was CARONIA but it's amazing how many
people enter Coronia into search engines to find information about
her on the web. I even had an impassioned plea from a mate of mine
who was on board her with me --- I can't find your site, he says..
-- he was using the wrong spelling, but told me that he'd thought
nothing of using it.

Anyway, the photo with the wrong caption, does anyone have a
location and or date for it?

Regards,
Steve (Peter S.)

Caronia 1905

Hello, I'm new here and I hope no one minds if I share this pic of the Caronia of 1905. The image is from a brochure I have that was issued before she sailed. It is one of my most prized items in my small collection. (I hope the size of the image is ok.) I would like to share scans of the photos in this brochure, in what gallery should I place them?
