Hi crew on the Tid Tug plans on the fore deck and the aft deck states CELOTEX COVERING TO DECK my question is what is it and what thickness was it applied to the Tid Tugs decks in like a board or a canvas type material, understand it was waterproofing material .tassie48

Are you sure that you have the correct word?
I have used Celotex insulation boards in building works. It is an expanded foam board with foil facings.
I would not recommend walking on it.

I think that, maybe, canvas covering with antislip grit applied with the paint. Probably dark grey or green. I have seen this with wooden decks and, occasionally, smaller steel decks. I hope that this is of help.
