Give me a clue what is a Vol au Vent Mogador? Is that the chicken one with stodgy mushroom soup in it or a fancy Russian one with beluga caviar?
As for Farmyard Pork - dont think any of the pork on board ship had ever seen a farmyard!

Purser on St. Albans was Ronnie Burnett with Assistant Purser Billy McClung. I only know that because my wife

I suspect vol au vents were chicken or mushroom and were either white or brown depending on content but can't remember which was Mogador! And you're probably very right about pork.
