Introduction[edit]

Halcyon Isle is included in the list of Court Line Ships based on references to it in the external resources listed below but currently it is not clear what connection Court Line had with her other than that the Halcyon prefix was used by Court Line for its tankers.

She had a working life of at least 21 years but appears to have ended her days rather ingloriously as a "storage hulk" or "slop barge".

Service History[edit]

Little is known of her service history apart from the several changes in ownership and names.

Nothing is known of her final disposal - External resource #1 just says "deleted 1979". Anyone having further information is requested to contact SN member Benjidog so this entry can be completed.
