Attached was launched at Dunswell/Beverley on the River Hull in the 1950s. Looks very RNish.
This yard normally produced trawlers so it may be some sort of fishery patrol vessel or then again maybe not.
I wonder if they got their feet wet

This is a "Ton" class coastal minesweeper. None of my references relate the CMS 14 designation to builder or pennant number so I can't put a name on it.

Couild this have been the one with the fibre glass hull? Can't think of the name at the moment but I think she was the final survivor and used to have a large yellow banana attached to the front of the bridge, as she was regarded by her crew as being the best of the bunch.

The hawse pipes are there (right up by the bull ring) but these ships only carried light Danforth anchors and didn't have the heavy castings a larger ship might have.
