I am looking for plans in order to build the IOMSPC KING ORRY of 1913 vintage that was lost whilst evacuating troops at Dunkirk.

Yard no. 789 and built at Cammell LLaird she is an elusive ship to find plans of.

I have contacted the Manx Heritage Trust Museum in Douglas, IoM, the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich and the Wirral Archive in Birkenhead, but all to no avail.

There is a man called David Handscombe who has written a wonderfull book of and all about her, and was wondering whether any member knows him as to be able to ask whether he knows of plans for her.

Does anyone out there have any ideas as to where these plans, (if any still exist ) might be held.

Liverpool maritime hasn't got any either! cheers, neil.
