This ship was owned by G Tocqué according to LR 1925. Later she was in England with ON 160359 and after that in many other countries. She is said to have been built in Gouda NL in 1918 may be with the name Roselyne (I am not so sure). A Gaston Tocqué bought another ship in 1930 and that fits with that Roselyne came to London in 1929. The other ship that he bought in 1930 was Caripride (Flensburg Databank).

I would like to find out who was Roselynes owner from 1918 to 1925 and if she may be had another name. Can anyone help? I will give you more later info if you need. Thank you in advance.

I have also been told that the ON 160359 was sold in 1975 with the name Uffe from Denmark to England and that she, according to LR 1991, had homeport in Georgetown Demerara Guyana. There are many questions about this 100 years ship. If she exists today I don´t know.

"Roselyne" first registered in London in Feb 1928 (40/1928) - ON 160359. Described as 'auxiliary motor ketch'; steel hull, dimensions 94.2' x 21.8' x 9.3', 138 grt (90 net). Apparently involved in Dunkirk evacuation 1940.

I have seen the list of ships at Dunkirk 1940. I wish it would be that easy to find what finaly happened to her.
