Long shot, but please does anyone know of any photos or drawings (or anything else about them) of these old Liverpool ships:
  • Brunswick Line Hypatia built 1865
  • Cotesworth Lines barques Bodrhyddan and Polestar both built 1858
  • Eyre, Evans and Co ship Nagpore, operated by F G Fry by 1883, and not the later ship of that name. (I know she was damaged by fire in Kingston Jamaica in 1874)
A relative served on all of them. Grateful thanks.

Mega thanks. That's great to see. Our relative Richard Crafter served on her and a good few ships before becoming marine superintendent at Lairds, then moved over the river to become a dockmaster, and ended up as the harbourmaster.
