It certainly is but, I had my sights set on the dinner I shall be enjoying with Ukrainian-Canadian friends. Their Christmas dinner is a twelve, or so, courses dinner - all meatless, I am told. We shall see.

Yes, what would a cabbage roll be, without the meat? You will not find many bottles of port at Ukrainian dinners.
