I'm attempting to locate the logbook for this ship for March and April 1916 and wonder if anyone can suggest where to begin?

Hi,
You need to go to the National Archives in Kew and look at piece BT 165/1490 This file has extracts of the ship's log for those dates but the file contains other ship information too so it is best viewed by visit to Kew or via a researcher to obtain just what you need. If it is just the Crew Agreement you need then it is held in Canada under the ship's official number: 125643.
