any info. on the southern atlantic one of salvasons tankers.ran from caripito to so.georgia,stinking hot one end freez the you know what down the ice. i belive she night of been german built

She was purchased by Salvesens in 1949 and sold by them to Schulte & Bruns A. G., of Emden, in 1955. They converted her into an ore carrier and renamed her "Carola Schulte". She arrived at Bilbao for breaking up on 18 September 1977.

thank you,i must of done the last trip in her, from south georgia,caripito tonsberg ampsterdam,no butterworth gear ,steam the tanks out with caustic and whale soap,then wash out with hot water hose,luxury,when i was a boy (Whaaa)
