That's the wrong PATRIA... the PATRIA sunk by terrorist action was this one:

The PATRIA depicted here belonged to the Portuguese company Companhia Colonial de Navegação and was built after the war.

"Patria" (1947,13,916grt) ts turbine steamer built by John Brown, Clydebank for Cia Colonial de Navegacao, Portugal. Sister ship "Imperio". Route : Lisbon, Funchal, Sao Tome, Luanda, Lobito, Mocamedes, Cape Town, Lourenco Marques, Beira, Mocambique, Nacala, Porto Amelia.
Scrapped 1973.

No Das Imperator, the Patria I was thinking of is the one depicted above, although I seem to have booped it by getting the details wrong somewhere along the line. I accept Paolo's and eddyw's details.(Scribe)
