Update on Black Watch. It would appear that there is damage to the stbd prop, which is causing vibration through that side of the vessel. Lairds didn`t have a 3 day window to effect repairs, hence Rosyth filling in. A lot of unhappy campers to say the least, on the plus side count themselves lucky that the cruise went ahead atall. The prop must have come into contact with something solid on the way to Liverpool, not sure what the previous port was.

A friend of mine has boarded the Black Watch (Fred Olsen) in Liverpool today for a trip to Norway. He was informed yesterday that the cruise would terminate at Rosyth & not return to Liverpool, for `operational reasons`. All passengers are going to be returned to Liverpool by coach. Has anyone any information about this, is it the norm. Not sure what`s happening to the next cruise that was supposed to start in Liverpool. Thanks in advance.
