Must rank as the most unimaginative names ever. Taken in Wellington. Built by Bremer Vulkan in 1971 she at least received a decent name in 1992 when she became MELBOURNE STAR.
She went to Chinese breakers in 2003.
My 2nd trip to sea on this one, not the best of trips. ended up as 7 months, however, I learnt a lot about life at sea & some of the strange people you may meet, have happy memories about visiting pitcairn Island & paying off in Tilbury !!!!
