The distinctive markings on the rudders of aircraft parked at the stern (S-3 "Vikings" indicate that they belong to Squadron VS-32. which was deployed from USS America.
The Tomcat on the starboard quarter has the Black Lions markings of VF-213 (based at NAS Oceana) on its tail as well, bit more digging might reveal where the ship is. Or we could just get the Russians to give the details!
