United Netherlands's 1947 Wilton Fijenoord, Schiedam, built ANNENKERK is seen passing Hoek van Holland inbound from Rotterdam early on 25th June 1970 during a voyage from Beira to Rotterdam, Bremen and Hamburg.
ANNENKERK arrived at Shanghai on 21.5.71 for breaking although in that era the Chinese often continued trading such ships locally for a period of time before cutting them up. Renamed ZHAN DOU 1, she traded on until at least 1984.
