Former R Six, one of eight R-class cruise ships built for Renaissance Cruises who sadly went bankrupt. All eight ships are now with other cruise lines including a sister ot Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest. They are very popular smaller cruise ships. Three are with Oceania Cruises, two with Princess Cruises, and one with P&O.

Yes, Azamara Club Cruises is a subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises L.t.d along with others including Celebrity Cruises. It is a bit like Carnival Cruise Lines being the parent company of several cruise line brands.
