Bidford Priory, built Cammel Laird's in 1960 for Warwick Tanker Co. Ltd. (Houlder Bros) 35304 dwt, steam turbines.
Brandon Priory was also built in 1960, much the same size, also turbines, by Hawthorne Leslie Ltd.

I remember going aboard her in Kharg about 1970. I remember she had Draught Beer in the Crews Bar. Slurp.

sailed on her from aug 1970 till jan 71 yes there was draught beer on board I was voted to run it quite a large bar

Your right from memory it was Swan larger it was one of my jobs to fetch a barrel every other day
