30.7.1942 Launched by Cammell Laird & Co Ltd, Birkenhead (Yard No 1068). 11.1942 Completed. 20.11.1942 Damaged by a torpedo fired by the German submarine U518,at position 43.53N, 55.02W, 200 miles south of Newfounland. 22.11.1942 Arrived at Newfoundland, and subsequently repaired. 3.11.1958 Laid up at Methil. 24.2.1959 Arrived at Rosyth for demolition.
