Obviously a bad accident as per James_C comment - what was the story there for us non-BP folks?

I have checked it out myself - sad occurence all round - I'll post the summary of the official enquiry for the information of the non BP members.

Ship was dropping off pilot around wandelaar in thick fog ,stopped in the water fully loaded with product ,when cargo ship Western Winner going at around 18-20kts no radar or up to date charts hit her by No2 port tank.Then carried on her passage without any concern for the resulting catastrophe....
