To go with my comment in the Mystery Ships section, here is the Thai Navy's survey ship CHANDHARA, at Bangkok Dockyard repair yard on 5.6.2008. Bangkok Dockyard is incidentally not a naval dockyard, but a commercial repair yard which does some work for the navy, principally on auxiliary vessels. It is also at the limit of navigation on the Chao Phraya river for normal sea-going vessels, the bridge I took the photo from being the reasom why !
