Creeling in Orkney

Creeling in Orkney

Taken on the 18 foot Plymouth Pilot open boat called Iain Og, last month.

I also filmed onboard the boat for my new fishing dvd which will be ready next week, called At The Fishing Volume 8.

It also features recordings onboard trawlers filmed at sea in different areas including east and west Scotland as well at Rockall, St Kilda and more.

Please see www.fishingboatvideos.co.uk if you are interested.

I just thought that if people like looking at fishing boat photo's they would also like to look at fishing boat footage. The fishing compilations are just something I try to do in my spare time. Also some of the people who use the fishing boat section of this site have been kind enough to send me some films.

Think survival suit or at minimum lifejacket should be compulsory whether your pleasure or commercial ,think the unfortunate events recently would back this up (Cloud)

You are right enough Scania, Peter who is in the photo is from Inverness originally!!
It does get warm with a suit like that on hauling creels right enough.
