She was actually launched as the Crest Odyssey 1,at Shanghai, Crest Odyssey 2 is nearing completion at this present time at the same yard.Have some photo of the two ships together,will post them.

sailed with bob on the protector for a few years never a dull moment when he was around what is he doing now that the protector is gone, is he still living in South shields?

He's out in Shanghai working by the Crest Odyssey 1,They have just completed sea trails. Then he moves to the Crest Odyssey 2 ,Won't be back in Shields till September
