RNLI lifeboat Frederick H Pilley beaching at Polpeor Cove after rescuing crew of the White Star liner ss Bardic 8,010 tons which ran aground in fog on Maenheere Reef near The Lizard 31 August 1924; 93 persons rescued. Nice photo, but it was taken at Polpeor Cove on the Lizard , Sennen Cove is at Lands End. But keep the old photos coming.
