Launched 27 May 1922, delivered to its owners on 21 March 1923, N.V. Rotterdamsche Lloyd, Rotterdam, Netherlands.

I would have thought that ships would have had an enclosed wheelhouse this late, at least in Norway... could we not suggest the ship was seized from some other nation? There seems to be a support rigged for a canvas canopy on the forecastle, maybe she had been spending much time in a tropical climate... like in the Dutch colonies. :sweat:

I think the awning rails on the focsle were to keep the crew quarters below a little cooler in the tropics indicating the vessel once traded in such latitudes. That give you a wide choice!

My initial thought was Rotterdam Lloyd, and the profile does bear some resemblance to KERTOSONO built 1923.
