First time that I`ve noticed this that the BELFAST had a bofor gun on B turret, even when we were alongside her in Hong kong in 1959 I don`t remember seeing this ----seeing pictures of other Town class cruisers none seem to be sporting the extra piece of equipment. Jack stay transfers were always a crowd puller waiting to see the unfortunate person on the end of the rope getting their feet wet.
