As stated on the RFA gallery relating to Lyness being moored off Torpoint, I was 10yrs old at this Navy Days. My over-riding memory is of going aboard Ark Royal, and being brought up from the Upper Hangar Deck to Flight-Deck on the Aft Aircraft Lift. A real treat.
