The old East German Koni class frigate Rostock which was due to be sunk as a target in the early 90s but owing to Green Peace fuss following the Brent Spar Platform, the sinking was abandoned as she was towed into Portsmouth. Went to Turkey for scrap eventually.
Interesting to compare the two contempories of east and West, I posted some more pictures in the Foreign warships section a while back looking from alongside the jetty.
