[B]HMS THOROUGH - T-class Submarine[/B]
HMS Thorough was a British submarine of the third group of the T class. She was built as P324 by Vickers Armstrong, Barrow, and launched on 30 October 1943, Commissioned 1st March 1944
First use of the name by the RN was for this submarine. She was nominated for service with the 4th Submarine Flotilla in the Eastern Fleet and took passage to Ceylon after working-up in Home waters.

Sold out of the fleet to Clayton and Davie for disposal in 1961
Broken up by Dunston on Tyne arriving on 29 June 1962
