I was aboard her when this happened and i can say that it was much more than 70',more like 100',and was recorded as worst storm in area since 2nd world war,we also lost most of the liferafts.........good pic.........I was a baby sparker not long joined her in Rosyth in 74,and this pic was taken late in 74
