I served in Zulu 1974-1977, although not bad frigates for what they were designed for (Persian Gulf) the Tribals suffered from a lot of propulsion problems which made programme planning rather difficult!!
I don't recognise the location of this image?

Nor I guardlogger. Thought it looked a little like Port Jackson, Sydney. Did you go down under on her ? I got the approx. date c1976 by checking in Navy History Net when she served in 4th Frigate Squadron.

TJ, definitely in the 4th FS when I was in her (Cleopatra I think was Capt F4) but we didn't go out the FES or 'down under'. We did the Med, Europe and West Indies (mainly Belize!!) and USA.

Not bad runs there guardlogger. Good old CLEO. I was on her 2nd Commission 1970 - 73 after her first long refit. We were 8th FS then but I know she changed to CAPT F4 later and I think following her Exocet fit.
