This ship was not an RFA - The Empire Clyde which was a RFA was a Hospital Ship, she had two funnels and was renamed RFA Maine (4)

It is the former CAMERONIA, built in 1921 by Wm. Beardmore & Co., Glasgow, for Anchor Line, Glasgow. sold to British M.O.T in 1953 for service as a troopship, renamed EMPIRE CLYDE. Broken up Newport 1957.
