On the throttles of the MASON LYKES,one of the Clippers transiting the Panama Canal in Oct 1984. A young green 3rd assistant. The Chief and the 1st must have had some hope for me since they kept me on the throttles for the whole watch including several locks. The stainless steel supports for the upper console almost look like windows with the flash reflection.
