She was the first ship I attended as a newly minted marine surveyor in HK in January 1966. This is the first photo I have seen of her. She had sustained some minor shell damage in way of the forepeak store.

As it has been noted elsewhere that she had accommodation for 30 passengers I have moved this photo to the Liner Gallery. We work on the basis that cargo ships have a maximum of 12 passengers.

Photo is from the late Lyttelton ship photographer Douglas Jones so would have been taken 1940's early 50's.
