Down at the museum yesterday, BB, happened to look at the RAF boat display. We had a few of that class, like 2757 and 2758.

MK IB -2751,2752,2753,2754,2755

The survivors, their names and current locations (and condition);

2748- 2748. Mount Batten, Plymouth (excellent, just restored).
2751- Phoenix. Shoreham Yacht Club (restoration in progress).
2753- Flywood. Gibraltar Harbour (bad and worsening).
2757- 2757. RAF Hendon Museum (as original but not seaworthy).
2758- Barracuda. Malta (converted to luxury yacht).
2768- C68. Malta (awful, possibly broken up by now).
2770- Osprey. Rothesay Dock, Clydebank (not at all bad).
2771- C71. Malta (as 2768).

This is the fast launch that I was confusing with the fast launch James Bond.
