I think it is the Ommenkerk or Oldekerk (and not Oldenkerk), or Oostkerk or Ouwerkerk, all of "O-kerk" class and not the Giessenkerk, which has a slightly different bridge structure and in fact was from a different sub class, having the same dimensions, but different details, and was a single ship, with no close sisterships. Also the poop portholes had different arrangement on the Giessenkerk from the four 'O-kerk' class ships. The picture above is of an O-kerk class ship, which one exactly I can't tell

Just checked :
Ommenkerk - front accomodation lower stanction not curved as caption also funnel bit round top
Oldekerk - accomodation port holes numbers not same so as stern one
Oostkerk - very close match except exhaust pipes position near the skylight not quite matching
Ouwekerk - Perfect match beoz of slightly more backward funnel mounted rendering the exhaust pipes position matching
Think Can safely name her as ' Ouwekerk '
