The Port Huon at Lyttelton in 1961 when she was 34 years old. This was probably her final voyage as she was broken up in Japan later that year.
Other ships are Cap Domingo, Saxon Star and Titania.
T' was indeed her last voyage from the Antipodes. She was sold for scrap whilst laid up in Avonmouth August 1961. Final voyage was Avonmouth to Valencia for a full cargo of rice out to Manila, then lightship to Yokosuka where we left her in Nov/Dec 1961. A lovely old ship that ran like a sewing machine all the way to the breakers yard.
