What is the story here?
Appears Britannic is being used as accommodations for those building Cedric?

good morning, not so, the workforce lived locally. The builders report in 1903 concluded that it would not be cost effective to bring the 29-year-old ship up to modern standards, instead, she was sold for scrap for £11,500, and on 11 August 1903 she left Belfast under tow to Hamburg where she was broken up.
Her sister ship, the 'Germanic' survived (76 years in service) - including the following two world wars under various owners, American, Canadian and Turkish, until she was scrapped In October 1950.

Thank you Harry for the information.
Quite a size differential with the two side by side.
