Tern A897 at Aberdeen

This is a better looking under ten metre boat. Don't know where or when built. Can anyone give details?

I'm probably wrong but Summer's of Fraserburgh built a lot of boats like this - around 10m long. Very pretty boats. Were they called Yawls?

yeah, Summers built a lot-"ripper" yawls, they were called. I beleive that the apprentices worked on them a lot, and a lot of the timber used was leftovers from the bigger boats.
As for Tern, I don't know if it was Tom Summers or one of the other yards.
