Hi Andi,
I`m not a tanker man, but a rough date could help....Is this Hamburg, Vulkanhafen with the u-boat bunker to the right?

Must be around mid 50ties, made by my uncle. Don´t know if Vulkanhafen or other. Hamburg is right.
That´s all what I know.

Stenersen) in Oslo (NOR), finished as "Sysla" Waages Tankrederi AS (H. Waage), Oslo. May 1957 bought and 29.7. handed over "Johan Carel Oetker" Rud. Aug. Oetker, Hamburg (DEU). 23.10.1962 from Lübeck to Kiel, here used as depot tanker for the German Navy until about May/June 1963. September 1963 sold to Eisen & Metall AG in Hamburg for demolition and arrived in Hamburg on 1.10. Handover in the same month with notification in December.
