The submarine depot ship is I think FEDOR VIDYAEV (massive lattice mast, twin 25 mm anti aircraft guns on the sides of the bridge superstructure).

Manych, the project 1549 is valid for a photo. It had the tool on a nose. And nearby depot of submarines project 310 Feodor Vidyaev.
They were from one fleet and together went on combat duty.
