Lykkes Rederi A/S, funnel black with white L on red diamond.

Georg Freymann Reederei, funnel black with white gothic G. http://www.sjohistoriska.se/sv/Fordjupning/Marketstore/Foto/?msobjid=107962

Which makes it likely that the funnel is Sandelis’ (I haven’t found a picture of their funnel) and the name on the stern still AUGUSTA L. (?)

Built in Dundee, Scotland, not "Dundree, England".

I think you have the wrong VENTA. She was indeed built in 1908 but I'm sure she is the vessel built by Northumberland at Howden-on-Tyne as CUNDALL for Furness Withy. I have a photo of Cundall which is an excellent match. She later became WILLOWMORE, VENTA, UNDINE, then VENTA again. She seeisms to be wearing the colours of the Springwell Shipping Co. to whom she was, possibly chartered.

Thank dft7010, I just Googled his information. But I still can't find the funnel markings - it's not Furness Withby or August Bolten...
