I have just accidentally tripped over her in Jane's 1960/1 while looking for something else where she is shown converted to a frigate but with the same bridge, funnel top and hull knuckle and forward 4.5". A very full history can be found at http://www.netherlandsnavy.nl/Zaan_his.htm.
