IMO 5382518 , Flag East German DDR.
Ship Type : Ore / Oil Carrier.
Buildin 1958 by Kockums Mekaniska verkstad AB Malmö Sweden as " VITAFOS " for Trafik AB Grängesberg - Oxelösund Stockholm Sweden.

Tonnage : grt / nrt / tdw - 16.479 / 9.441 / 21.070.
Main Engine : Kockums MAN K8Z78/140A - 7.200 bhp.

1969 Sold to VEB Deutche Seereederi Rostock East Germany DDR,renamed " ZWICAU ".
1970 Transferred to Deutfracht International Befractung und Reederei Rostock.
1973 Transferred to Deutfracht / Seereederei Rostock.
1988 Sold to Easteron Navigation SA Port Vila Vanatu,renamed " ZWICKA ".
1989 BU Alang.

Edited after looking at other details of vessel:

I didn't appreciate that there were Oil/Ore carriers around then.

I thought they were a generation later.

Still - 30 yrs service seems like a long time

I don't think she is ore oil.

No sign of pipework or manifolds either in the photo or the deck arrangement.
