From left to right, looks like P and O's Iberia, Royal Rotterdam Lloyd's Mataram or Slamat?, and P and O's Arcadia.
The carrier is, I think, HMS Centaur. Picture dated August 1962.
Tom,
Spelt Khormaksar, home of the RAF base which doubled as the air port. The hospital started life as "The RAF Hospital" before being renamed in honor of the Queen. I too spent some time in it in 1952 being treated for heat stroke aged 5. I, fortunately, only spent a week there. Then it was back to school at Barrack Hill with transport provided by the RAF in the form of 2 or 3 tons trucks fitted with wooden bench seats. Happy days!
Regards,
Alastair
