Hi Stein.
Superb paintings if I may say so! I know how difficult it is to paint these square riggers.........and capture the movement that you achieve so well! I have just completed a commission for a lady in USA, of a Norwegian sailing barque, ( circa 1890's ) and although I was happy enough with the finished painting, I won't be venturing there again. I'll stick with the subjects I understand!
Carl Evers was a marine artist whose works always took my breath away......are you familiar with his painting?

Is this book titled The Marine Paintings of Carl G. Evers? If so, then it's a real gem!
