As you state she is in Gillingham pier along with the bow of the Ex. R.N.L.I. Lifeboat 'Rylands' and an D of E Grab-dredger at work clearing the channel to the lock entrance, 'Bull Nose' Chatham Naval Base. Looks like its a making tide with a stiff north-easterly breeze.
