Actually, it's a Blue Funnel Super "P" Class transferred to Glen Line. I'll do some digging and see if I can identify her.

The name appears to be "Glenalmond" - she's one of the Blue Funnel "Priam" class and built as "Glenalmond" in 1966. Her listing in my book has no previous names attached to her details, appears she was transferred to the China Mutual SN Co in 1973 and renamed "Patroclus", before further transfer to the Dutch subsidiary and then sale out of the group.

This is the Glenalmond and was built for Glen Line. Originally four were built for Blue Funnel; Priam, Peisander, Protesilaus, and Prometheus, and four were built for Glen Line; Glenalmond (bacame Patroclus in 72/73), Glenfinlas (became Phemius in 72/73), Pembrokeshire (became Phrontis in 72/73) and Radnorshire (became Perseus in 72/73).

A real full size Bluey Funnel ( Modern Type). Wonder if it was part of the brief to their Naval Architects

Sailed on this one, only on the coast, both as "Glenalmond" in 1968, and also as "Patroclus", under Dutch flag, in 1977. Unfortunately this class of the eight "Super Ps" were outdated in a very short time with the advent of containerisation , and all had a relatively short working life with Ocean Fleets, all being sold on by 1978-ish.
